Spending money on Congressional campaigning.

I endorse spending limits,
term limits,
lower salaries and
control by states.

Think how many Vets or crippled Children can be helped with the money spent on campaigns. 

(Think how it would be right now when everyone is hurting for money just to live and Soros is giving millions to Dems For Biden)
